Therapy Session Discussion

What to expect

Once you get in touch, we will arrange a telephone call to discuss your needs and availability. We offer this initial consultation for free and it will last about 20 minutes. There is no pressure or commitment and it is your opportunity to ask questions too. After your telephone consultation, you will be invited to a more detailed assessment session, where we will agree how and when your counselling takes place. We offer weekly, open-ended counselling. Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs £60.

A limited number of concessionary rates are available for those on low-income or income-support. If you would like to be considered for the waiting list, please contact us.

We have comfortable, private therapy rooms in Stevenage, Royston, Letchworth and Cambridge for in-person counselling. Video or telephone options are also available. For this, you must be based in the UK and able to connect in a private space where you are able to talk freely.
